Traction Apophysitis and Heel Pain

Heel pain as a result of Traction Apophysitis is usually debilitating. I wrote about this on 3 April, 11 February and 8 February. They were reported as normal – we could debate that – but what IS important is the improvement in the state of the bone after 3 months of care.
