<p>Chilblains are associated with cold winter conditions, often worsened by wet weather.</p>
<p>So as I go off to the Cape for a few days I&#039;ll give you some suggestions to protect against &#039;winter feet&#039;.</p>

<p>Children will decide to walk independently when their bodies are able to. Baby walkers place extra stress on joints before nature intended. In addition they cause the foot and lower limb  to move in an unnatural walking pattern.</p>
